Function plan
    SMV’s planned GFA is about 700,000 sqm. SMV includes functional sections of R&D, headquarter, service & agencies, incubation, training, and SOHO & hotels. SMV focuses on research, development and conversion of multimedia technology, also will establish multimedia amusement facilities such as 3D cinema, applied center, game center, experiment center, multimedia laboratory, etc.., to fully show the magic power of multimedia technology.
