Location
    SMV is loctated in the center of Zhabei District, one of central districts of Shanghai. The core area of SMV spreads over 37.3 ha, south to Guangzhong West Road, north to Lingshi Road, west nestling beside Pengyuepu River, east to Gonghexin Road.
